What a mess!

Oooh boy what a mess this game is... I think its starting to fall under its own weight. Theres these nasty, little, weird bugs and problems that i have no idea how to solve or fix. I probably will just open the source code and forget about this thing like a nightmare it is.

1. Added a "max game speed" button. Hope it helps with the speed.

2. Either broke or didnt notice that the sound button doesnt work while outside the menu.

3. Added a handfull of sound effects. Pretty much all of them are bullet collision sounds but still.

4. Tweaked the clock tower timer. Now its 13 minutes instead of 15.
